I saw a bear hiding in the shrubs, and, naturally, I called my dogs out of the woods to attack it. The dogs ran into the bush, yipping and yelping, and then I heard a voice cry, "Call off your dogs or they will kill me!" It was a girl's voice, coming from a bear!
What did I do? Well, I composed myself and then I said in my deepest, most resonant voice: "Will you come with me? I will take you to my home." I gave her my arm, but she refused it. She went to a little wheel-barrow sitting by the tree, got into it, prim as a princess, and rolled along beside me all the way back home!
